In addition, I will be using this blog to provide updates about my practice as well as to offer updates on new treatment developments and issues in the field of psychology.
I practice out of the Centers for Family Change offices in: Oakbrook and Oak Lawn, Illinois.
I am a psychologist and I specialize in treating children and adolescents with psychological, emotional and behavioral problems including anxiety disorders (including Panic Attacks and OCD), depression, and school and achievement problems. I also specialize in the treatment and assessment Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (for all ages). Cognitive Behavioral therapy, couples/marital therapy and family therapy are my other areas of specialization. Problems I frequently work with include: anxiety disorders and depression; infidelity and communication problems; family and relationship problems; and parenting and step-parenting concerns.
The Centers for Family Change has a staff of over 20 therapists. We have locations in: Oakbrook, Naperville, Oak Lawn, and downtown Chicago, offer evening and weekend hours, and accept most insurance plans. We offer individual, family, and marital therapy. Many of our therapists have years of experience and extensive post-degree training. We offer insight oriented, psychodynamic, family, marital, play and cognitive behavioral therapy.
